We do not assume any liability or shall be held responsible for any product that is not deemed to your likeness. All products are thoroughly researched for any patent or already existing labels. Our products are ready to be protected under the United States law in any way the purchaser decides. All products are the ownership of Geenie Weenie and we hold all rights until released to the purchaser.
All prototypes will be sent to the mailing address provided. Please make sure you double check the mailing address and email address. All detailed sketches and informations will be sent to the email provided so please double check that all information is correct before submitting.
Although, highly unlikely, if you shall see a product on the market exactly like the product sent from Geenie Weenie ONLY in terms of functionality, but not in appearance, contact Geenie Weenie for a thorough investigation. It is possible that some prototypes may appear the same to any product already seen on the market. Prototypes can be tweaked or enhanced after the purchase. They shall not be for resale. They shall be used only for testing, model and functionality purposes. please contact us for A thorough investigation.
We are not held responsible of any successes or losses pertaining to the product or chosen methods of execution. Geenie Weenie will not have any say in any licensing deals and/or agreements. All success depends solely on the purchasers business model.
We donβt take any royalties from any transaction of the purchasers.

Finalizing your order:
We cannot make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Please check you order and information form carefully before you submit it. Orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances after they are placed.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Under our 100% customer satisfaction policy, if any customer is not satisfied with their prototype, we will ship out a new prototype, no charge and no questions asked. All products are handpicked by our team and is meant to create solutions to daily problems in one way or another.
Damaged Products or Order errors:
In the event that your mystery legacy money box arrives damaged or if we have made a mistake in the fulfillment of your order, we will gladly replace the damaged products. Please advise us via email at hellogeenieweenie@yahoo.com within 3 days. If you are reporting a damaged or defective box and please include a picture of the damaged product.
Payment Processing:
All shipping is free.We will email you if we discover a payment problem when we process your order. If we are not able to reach you within 14 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We do not store credit card information so we are not able to add additional items to an existing order.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are free.
We are not held responsible for any theft or damage that occurs if your package is delivered when you are not home. Customers are responsible for any shipping or handling charges that are incurred if a package is refused or returned because no one was able to accept it. Customers are also responsible for paying a reship fee if a shipping address is entered incorrectly.
Additional Shipping Charges:
You are responsible for any additional fees charged by the shipping carrier for any items address corrections. These fees are charged when packages are missing suite numbers, addresses contain typos including zipcode errors, or contain any other incorrect information that is missing or inaccurately supplied by the customer within the "ship to" area of the order form.

We reserve the right to change any of our policies at any time.
1.1 Custodial Role
Geenie Weenie, Inc. ("Custodian") agrees to hold in trust the intellectual property ("IP") created through the Client's purchase of an invention box under the
GeenieGuard'β’ add-on program. The Custodian acknowledges that the Client is the sole beneficial owner of the IP.
During the Custodial Term, the Custodian shall not license, assign, disclose, commercialize, or otherwise exploit the IP in any form without the Client's written consent.
1.2 Custodial Term
The standard Custodial Term is twelve (12) months from the date the invention prototype is finalized and available for delivery. Extensions may be granted upon written request and additional payment by the Client, subject to the Custodian's approval.
1.3 Expiration and Client Notification
The Custodian shall provide reasonable efforts to notify the Client at the following intervals:
ο»Ώο»ΏThirty (30) days prior to Custodial Term expiration
ο»Ώο»ΏSeven (7) days prior to expiration
ο»Ώο»ΏUpon expiration of the Custodial Term
All notifications will be sent to the email address
provided by the Client at time of purchase. It is the Client's responsibility to maintain an active and accurate contact address.
1.4 Unclaimed IP and Abandonment
If the Client fails to (a) request IP transfer, (b) extend the Custodial Term, or (c) otherwise communicate intent within thirty (30) days following expiration, the IP shall be deemed unclaimed.
At that point, the Custodian may, at its sole discretion, choose to:
ο»Ώο»ΏArchive the IP for an additional grace period (not to exceed six months),
ο»Ώο»ΏDestroy the stored files and documents related to the IP, or
β’ Consider the IP abandoned and terminate any custodial obligations.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Custodian shall not reassign, sell, license, or otherwise transfer unclaimed IP to any third party unless explicitly granted those rights under a separate, signed agreement or abandonment release.
1.5 Limitation of Liability
The Custodian shall use commercially reasonable efforts to store, maintain, and protect the IP, but makes no guarantee of legal enforceability, patentability, or marketability. The Custodian is not responsible for failure by the Client to file any legal protection (e.g., patent) within applicable timelines.
1.6 Transfer of Ownership
Upon written request by the Client during the Custodial Term or grace period, the Custodian shall execute all necessary documentation to formally transfer full legal ownership of the IP to the Client, relinquishing all rights, title, and interest.
Transfer will be made within ten (10) business days of confirmed receipt of the request, subject to identity verification and compliance with any remaining contractual obligations.
