How It Works
1. Choose your ready-to-own box
Sketches and prototypes are included in each box. registering it with the U.S. Copyright Office gives you extra legal rights — such as:
- The ability to sue for infringement
- Eligibility for statutory damages and attorney’s fees
2. Receive your box
On your behalf, Geenie Weenie will copyright your sketch with the United States Copyright Office.
3. Receive Copyright
It can take 3 to 8 months to receive the certificate from the United States Copyright Office.
4. Transfer your copyright into your trust, which will add value.
Transferring your copyright into an intellectual property (IP) trust is a smart move for estate planning, licensing management, and asset protection.
