This is the actual document that you, as the buyer will receive via email upon completed transaction or before receiving the product/prototype. If you agree with the terms and conditions to transfer ownership, Geenie Weenie will sign to transfer over ownership to you, as the buyer. 

A purchase agreement is essential to formalize the transfer, outlining the terms, conditions, and restrictions on the buyer's use of the product or just a finalized outright sell of the product.
